We couldn't have had better weather to Circumnavigate Lanai with Ocean Riders then we did today. The seas were calm and it was very warm, but the partial clouds kept it from getting too hot. We had a great time on this trip. We saw whales, octopus as well as an enormous amount of fish and other marine life. We snorkeled at three different locations. Throughout the day we explored the entire coastline of Lanai including the over 1200 foot tall sea cliffs on the backside of Lanai....
Today we had an amazing encounter with a pod of dolphins on Captain Steves Lanai Dolphin Adventure. They literally surrounded our boat for minutes on end. This experience is something I do not think I will ever forget.
Today we went over to the island of Lanai with Maui Adventure Cruises on their Lanai Dolphin Adventure. We experienced perfect weather and were lucky enough to see dolphins, sea turtles and whales. Today was one of those amazing Molokini days. The sun was out, the winds were calm and we had the privilege of going out with Quicksilver Charters on their Morning Molokini Snorkel Excursion. We saw some amazing marine life including a trigger fish that actually killed and ate a box jellyfish. It really was quite interesting experience. For more information click here.
